Yes there are many ways of hacking someones facebook and whatsapp account.
Let me tell you about facebook hacking first :
There are many ways of doing this like phishing, tab nabbing, performing man in the middle attacks, performing social engineering, session hijacking and many more.

Now let’s talk about whats app hacking .
If you know how to bypass the otp session then you can register with someone else mobile no.
If you are able to install any key logger or rootkit in the victim’s mobile then you can access the victim’s phone as well as whats app account.
Many peoples are using whats app web these days, many of them doesn’t log out there account after using web interface . So if you are able to catch that session or able to steal the cookie for that session then you you can use the account for your profit.
WhatsApp hacking is a bit challenging as you have to break the encryption first.
But there is even another way, by using an app on the Android app store known as Whatscan for WhatsApp Web, its the same thing as WhatsApp Web, but in an app form. There you have to just have your targets phone and in options(I.e-the three buttons on the top right corner for Android) and select WhatsApp Web and then scan the QR code shown on the app.
